Well it has been a great week for being focussed - staying on track. My water - exercise & tracking are all great.
We have a "Lose 10kgs By Easter Challenge" going on the Weight Watcher's board at the moment. 8 weeks until weigh-in and I have 3.6kgs to lose to achieve that goal.
On Wednesday I had my first Personal Training session with Tom. It was TOUGH!@! We ran, did lots of boxing/punching, push-ups, forward lunges, jumping, running up stairs, crunches and then FINALLY some cool down stretches. (They couldn't come soon enough). My face was beetroot red and my hands and body were shaking. It was exhausitng, but very exhilirating. I go every Wedensday at 5-30pm.
One of my girlfriends has also organised a "BOOT CAMP" for Tuesday & Thursday mornings 5-45am to 6-45am. There are a group of about 10 ladies - so I'm really excited. Should be a challenge and mix up the exercise routine a bit.
I am completing a health plan for Tom the Personal Trainer, listing 3 month, 6 month and 12 month Fitness and Health goals. Also a spreadsheet for weekly exercise over 12 weeks.
This weekend there are lots of children's parties and I have a girlfriends 40th birthday party to go to. A cocktail toga party. Should be a laugh. I'm looking forward to a Sunday sleep-in.
