Last weekend was HUGE!!!!!! Too much snacking, too much drinking and the result was no loss at all on Monday night.
On Friday we had my daughters birthday party and after a bottle of wine I ate the chips, the lollies and the sausage sandwiches.
On Saturday I had a girlfriend's 40th Birthday ( a cocktail & toga party ) and we had nibblies, taco's and cocktails galore.
I didn't feel too bad the next day, but obviously my sugar levels were going crazy and I ate heaps of junk to compensate - Sausage & Egg McMuffins, Hash Browns, Meat Pies, Hot chips etc, etc. I should be really grateful that the scales stayed the same & I didn't gain.
Consequently this week I have cut back my points to 18 per day and exercised consistently every day. My individual personal training session was exhausting and I also did a "Boot Camp" with a group of girlfriends which we will do every Tuesday & Thursday morning. I have also been using my Marie Winsor Pilates DVD's, and it looks like I will be heading for a loss on Monday at weigh-in. Finger's crossed.
We have no social events for a couple of weeks which I am pleased about. I am looking forward to the increased exercise and hopefully the results that will follow. Will report in again after weigh-in on Monday.
