I Ate More, Had a Rest & Still Lost!!!!

Finally a week with no dinners out, lunch appointments, BBQ's or drinks with friends scheduled. I have had the start of a cold coming on, so my dilemma was what to do about my points and exercise.

This week I decided to eat all of my 21 points each day - no saving for treats, no cutting down on points in the hope I would lose more weight. I feel like I've been having to save points for my Friday or Saturday night BBQ's and dinners for the last 5 weeks or so. It was great. I felt really full and satisfied and stuck to the 21 points exactly.

Because of my cold, I also decided to rest for the latter half of the week with the aim of not getting sicker than I already was, so I exercised Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and that was it. I had a lot of sleeps over the weekend.

And you wouldn't believe it, I lost 2.1kgs without even trying. I was so excited. And now I am a firm believer in eating all my points. They do tell you at meetings that it is important to eat all your points or it will affect your weight loss, and with this weeks result, I finally believe it to be true. So with the week ahead, I have no parties or functions, and I will be eating my 21 points each day again.

My total weight loss to date is 21.5kgs and I am getting heaps of comments from everyone now about how good I look, whcih is always nice. I am fitting into some of the clothes that I bought from the op shop. I'm not buying anything from the "real" shops until I reach my personal goal weight of around 62. I'm just going to wait and see what weight and body shape feels right for me.

I am now only 3.5kgs away from the top end of my healthy weight range which is 68 kgs. Weight Watchers has changed my life this time around. I love going to meetings, I am feeling so healthy and I'm never hungry. I am determined to reach my goal and stay there forever.
